This app will read the questionnaire, extract as many questions as it can, and start pre-filling a Survey CTO form for you (for now just the "type", "name" and "label" columns)

Download an Excel sheet with the pre-filled "type", "name" and "label" columns of your SurveyCTO form

To reduce the time it takes you to copy paste questions from Word to your SurveyCTO form
This app is designed to accelerate the process of going from a questionnaire in Word to your SurveyCTO form. The app works by reading the Word document and identifying as many questions as it can. It then extracts the questions and predicts the corresponding “name” and “type” columns of a SurveyCTO form. While the app won’t complete the entire process of creating a SurveyCTO form for you, it will help you get a significant part of the way there. By using this app, you’ll be able to save time and avoid the tedious task of manually copying and pasting questions from Word to Excel.
